Shop — Parts, Equipment & Garage

The short version: Shop collects nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. Everything you enter — parts, equipment, vehicles, service records — is stored only on your device. We never see it, and neither does anyone else.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics or advertising code. We do not collect, transmit, receive, store, sell, or share any personal information or usage data — because the app is built without the ability to do so.

Where your data lives

All information you enter into Shop is stored locally on your device, in the app's private storage. It never leaves your device unless you export it. Deleting the app (or clearing its data in your device settings) permanently removes everything — there is no copy anywhere else, and nothing for us to delete on our end.

Backup files

Shop lets you export your data as a backup file. That file is created on your device and saved or shared wherever you choose (your files, your cloud drive, an email to yourself). You control it entirely; we never receive it. Treat backup files with the same care as any document containing your business information.

In-app purchases

Optional feature unlocks may be offered as one-time in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own privacy policies — we never receive your name, payment details, or billing information. If purchase validation is enabled in a future version, it may use RevenueCat, a purchase-validation service that receives an anonymous device identifier and purchase receipt (never your identity or your app data) solely to confirm and restore purchases across reinstalls.

Permissions

Shop requests no special device permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos. File access occurs only through the standard system picker when you choose to export or import a backup.

Children

Shop is a business utility and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes any of the above — for example, adding optional sync features — we will update this policy first and note the change in the app's release notes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
